食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Cdc25C的表达与放疗敏感性的关系

目的研究食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Cdc25C的表达与放疗敏感性的关系。方法挑选100例食管鳞状细胞癌患者为对象,将其纳入此次研究。所有患者均采用根治性放疗进行治疗。按照放疗近期疗效将患者分为放疗敏感组50例和放疗不敏感组50例。采用免疫组织化学检测法,检测两组患者食管癌组织及其周围正常上皮组织中Cdc25C的表达情况,分析食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Cdc25C的表达与放疗敏感性的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Cdc25C的表达率明显高于癌旁正常上皮组织,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,两组存在分析意义;放疗敏感组患者食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Cdc25C的表达率明显高于放疗不敏感组,组间数据经统计软件检验展示出P<0.05的结局,两组存在分析意义。结论在食管鳞状细胞癌患者癌组织具有Cdc25C高表达性,其Cdc25C表达率明显高于癌旁正常上皮组织,且食管鳞状细胞癌组织Cdc25C的高表达与放疗敏感性密切相关,Cdc25C高表达患者可能对放疗更敏感。

Objective To summarize and study the relationship between Cdc25 C expression and radiosensitivity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 100 patients with locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital were selected and included in this study.All patients were treated with radical radiotherapy.According to the short-term effect of radiotherapy,patients were divided into radiotherapy sensitive group(50 cases)and radiotherapy insensitive group(50 cases).Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Cdc25 C in esophageal cancer tissues and normal epithelial tissues around the two groups of patients,and to analyze the relationship between Cdc25 C expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and radiotherapy sensitivity.Results The expression rate of Cdc25 C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in normal epithelial tissue adjacent to carcinoma.the results of statistical software test showed that P<0.05 between the two groups,which was of analytical significance.Cdc25 C expression rate in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues of patients in radiationsensitive group is significantly higher than that in radiation-insensitive group.the results of inter-group data showed P<0.05 by statistical software test,and the two groups have analytical significance.Conclusion The cancer tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients have high expression of Cdc25 C,and the expression rate of Cdc25 C is significantly higher than that of normal epithelial tissues adjacent to cancer.The high expression of Cdc25 C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues is closely related to radiotherapy sensitivity.Patients with high expression of Cdc25 C may be more sensitive to radiotherapy,which has important reference significance and guiding value for clinical treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients.
