伊托必利、多潘立酮和甲氧氯普胺联合用药方案治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

Clinical Study of Itopride, Domperidone and Metoclopramide in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探究伊托必利、多潘立酮和甲氧氯普胺联合用药方案治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效与安全性,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法选则2017年1月至2018年12月辽宁中置盛京老年病医院消化内科收治的功能性消化不良患者88例为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和试验组(每组44例),对照组采用多潘立酮联合甲氧氯普胺治疗,试验组采用伊托必利联合甲氧氯普胺治疗,对患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组的治疗效果、胃肠排空情况和安全性。结果试验组临床总有效率93.19%、不良反应发生率4.54%与对照组的90.91%、6.81%相比差异不具统计学意义,P>0.05;试验组治疗前1周胃排空率、肠排空率与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05,治疗8周后两组上述指标均升高,且试验组较对照组高,P<0.05。结论针对功能性消化不良患者,伊托必利、多潘立酮和甲氧氯普胺联合给药可发挥药物协同作用,疗效和安全性理想,且伊托必利联合甲氧氯普胺更利于患者胃肠排空能力恢复,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of itopride,domperidone and metoclopramide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,so as to provide reference for clinicians in choosing rational drug regimens.Methods 88 cases with functional dyspepsia admitted to Department of Gastroenterology,Zhongzhi-Shengjing Geriatric Hospitalduring from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number grouping method(44 cases in each group).The control group was treated with domperidone combined with metoclopramide,and the experimental group was treated with itopride combined with metoclopramide.The data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the therapeutic effect,gastrointestinal emptying and safety between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(93.19%)and the incidence of adverse reactions(4.54%)in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group(90.91%)and(6.81%),P>0.05.The gastric emptying rate and intestinal emptying rate in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group one week before treatment,but P>0.05.After 8 weeks of treatment,the above indexes in the two groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with functional dyspepsia,the combination of itopride,domperidone and metoclopramide can play a synergistic role.The efficacy and safety of etopril and metoclopramide are ideal,and the combination of itopride and metoclopramide is more conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal emptying capacity,which is worth learning from.
