妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的价值研究

Study on the Value of Quality Nursing Care in Postpartum Hemorrhage Nursing Care of Puerperium and Puerperium in Kyphosis

目的探讨优质护理在妊高征产妇产后出血护理中的应用价值。方法随机选择84例于2015年10月至2017年10月入住我院的妊高征产后出血患者为研究对象,依据护理手段分成对照组和观察组。对照组接受常规护理,予以观察组患者优质护理,进行两组护理成效的对比。结果观察组护理满意程度得分为(92.0±1.8)分,与对照组相比,数据间有统计学差异存在(P<0.05);两组患者不存在护理前的心理状态和血压水平差异(P>0.05),观察组护理后SAS评分为(14.5±2.4)分,SDS评分为(15.1±1.6)分,收缩压为(140.2±1.5)mm Hg,舒张压为(105.7±4.5)mm Hg,相比于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可提高妊高征产后出血患者对护理工作的满意程度,缓解负面情绪,控制血压水平,值得在深入探讨的基础上展开广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the value of quality nursing in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods Eighty-four patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method.The control group received routine care,and the patients in the observation group were treated with high quality care,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(92.0±1.8).Compared with the control group,there was statistical difference between the data(P<0.05).There was no difference in pre-care mental state and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),the SAS score of the observation group was(14.5±2.4),the SDS score was(15.1±1.6),the systolic blood pressure was(140.2±1.5)mm Hg,and the diastolic blood pressure was(105.7±4.5)mm Hg.There was a statistical difference in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can improve the satisfaction of nursing patients with postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy-induced hypertension,relieve negative emotions and control blood pressure levels.It is worthy of extensive application on the basis of in-depth discussion.
