优质护理在妇科护理工作中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of High-quality Nursing in Gynecologic Nursing Work

目的妇科临床护理工作当中优质护理应用效果。方法取2017年8月至2018年9月我院妇科所收治100例病患作为此次临床观察试验研究的主要对象,以实际就诊的顺序将该病患平分两组,各组均为50例。研究组采用优质护理服务模式,常规组则为常规护理服务模式。分析两组效果。结果与常规组相比,研究组病患护理效果、生活质量各项临床指标、SAS及SDS心理状况、护理服务的满意度所有评分优势均较为突出,组间比较数据分析差异有着统计学分析基本意义,P<0.05。结论对于妇科临床护理工作来说,通过采用优质护理服务模式,能提升护理效果及满意度,改善病患生活质量、SAS及SDS心理状况,促进病患早日疾病转归。

Objective The effect of high-quality nursing in the clinical nursing of gynecology.Methods From August 2017 to September 2018,100 patients in our department of gynaecology were selected as the main objects of this clinical observation trial study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of actual visits,with 50 cases in each group.High quality nursing service model was adopted in the study group and routine nursing service mode was used in the routine group.The effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the routine group,the effect of patients’nursing,the clinical indexes of quality of life,the psychological status of SAS and SDS,the satisfaction degree of nursing service in the study group were more prominent than those in the routine group.The difference of data analysis between groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to improve the quality of life,SAS and SDS,we can improve the patient’s quality of life,SAS and SDS,and promote the outcome of the early disease.
