护理干预对老年肾内科患者安全防护的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Safety Protection of Senile Patients in Nephrology Department

目的了解护理干预对老年肾内科患者安全防护的影响。方法将我院78例老年肾内科患者作为对象,来源时间纳入2017年1月至2018年12月,随机分组,常规护理组用护理常规,安全防护干预组用安全防护干预。比较两组满意度;住院期间注意事项认知、安全设施质量评分;护理前后压疮风险评估值、焦虑心理测评值;压疮和坠床发生率。结果安全防护干预组(100%)对比常规护理组满意度(76.92%),P<0.05。护理前两组压疮风险评估值、焦虑心理测评值接近,P>0.05;护理后安全防护干预组压疮风险评估值、焦虑心理测评值的改善幅度更大,P<0.05。结论老年肾内科患者实施安全防护干预效果理想,可有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪,降低压疮的发生风险,提高患者的相关认知,减少压疮的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To understand the effect of nursing intervention on safety protection of elderly patients in nephrology department.Methods 78 elderly patients in nephrology department of our hospital were divided into two groups randomly from 2017.1 to 2018.12.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the safety protection intervention group was given routine nursing.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups,the perception of matters needing attention during hospitalization,the quality score of safety facilities,the risk assessment value of pressure ulcer before and after nursing,the psychological assessment value of anxiety,and the incidence of pressure ulcer and falling out of bed.Results The satisfaction rate of the safety intervention group(100%)was 76.92%compared with that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The pressure ulcer risk assessment value and anxiety psychological assessment value of the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the pressure ulcer risk assessment value and anxiety psychological assessment value of the safety protection intervention group improved more significantly after nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of safety protection intervention in elderly patients with nephrology is ideal.It can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients,reduce the risk of pressure ulcer,improve the related knowledge of patients,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
