摘要
目的观察并分析产后出血产妇应用阶段性护理干预后的影响效果。方法选取102例来我院分娩并发生产后出血的产妇为例,按入选顺序将其分成两组,接受常规产后出血护理的为对照组,应用阶段性护理干预的为观察组。对两组的护理效果展开对比与评价。结果①止血时间及住院天数方面,观察组产妇显著低于对照组,P<0.05,数据差异有统计学意义。②心理状态改善情况方面,两组产妇护理前的SDS(抑郁自评量表)、SAS(焦虑自评量表)评分差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。③护理满意度方面,观察组高达96.1%,相比于对照组的80.4%明显升高(P<0.05)。结论对于产后出血产妇,通过向其应用阶段性护理干预,可缩短其止血时间,有效改善心理状态,促进止血效果及护理满意度的提高,值得重视。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of staged nursing intervention on puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 102 cases of parturient women who gave birth in our hospital and had postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of inclusion.Those who received routine postpartum hemorrhage nursing were the control group,and those who applied staged nursing intervention were the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results(1)In terms of hemostasis time and hospital stay,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,and the data difference was statistically significant.(2)In terms of improvement of psychological state,there was no significant difference in SDS(depression self-rating scale)and SAS(anxiety self-rating scale)scores between the two groups before maternity care(P>0.05).After nursing,SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Nursing satisfaction,the observation group as high as 96.1%,compared with the control group 80.4%significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged nursing intervention to postpartum hemorrhage mothers can shorten the hemostasis time,effectively improve the psychological state,promote the effect of hemostasis and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of attention.
