基于腹部外科手术患者护理的护理安全管理应用研究

Application Research of Nursing Safety Management Based on Nursing Care of Abdominal Surgery Patients

目的研究基于腹部外科手术患者护理的护理安全管理应用效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的90例腹部外科手术患者,采用均衡分组法分为参照组和研究组,各45例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用护理安全管理干预。干预2个月后观察效果,包括不良反应发生情况、护患纠纷发生率、护理质量评分及护理满意评分。结果研究组不良事件发生率2.22%低于参照组的22.22%,研究组护患纠纷发生率2.22%低于参照组的26.67%,研究组护理质量各维度评分均高于参照组,研究组护理满意评分(90.65±1.08)分,参照组护理满意评分(71.36±1.05)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部外科手术患者护理的护理安全管理应用效果显著,可减少不良事件及护患纠纷对护理质量造成的影响,提高护理满意水平,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing safety management based on the nursing of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods Ninety patients with abdominal surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2008 to December 1818 were enrolled in the study.The balanced grouping method was divided into reference group and study group,45 cases each.The reference group used routine care and the study group used nursing safety management interventions.The effect was observed after 2 months of intervention,including the occurrence of adverse reactions,the incidence of nurses and patients,the quality of care score and the satisfaction score of nursing.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.22%lower than 22.22%in the reference group.The incidence of nurses and patients in the study group was 2.22%lower than that in the reference group.The scores of the nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the reference group.The scores were(90.65±1.08)points,and the reference group nursing satisfaction scores(71.36±1.05)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing safety management application of abdominal surgical patients is significant,which can reduce the impact of adverse events and nurse-patient disputes on the quality of care,improve the level of nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical promotion value.
