老年重症肺炎患者实施精细化护理的探讨

Discussion on the Implementation of Refined Nursing for Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia

目的研究精细化护理对老年重症肺炎患者效果的影响。方法我们选择2018年1月至2019年5月我院收治的老年重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,共计80例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例患者。其中,对观察组进行精细化护理,而对对照组的患者进行常规化护理,同时对两组患者的使用呼吸机的时间,住院时间进行比较,统计两组老年重症肺炎患者并发症的发病率及致死率。结果观察组的呼吸机的使用时间及住院的时间相较于对照组的患者明显缩短(P<0.05),与此同时,观察组患者的并发症的发病率及致死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理对老年重症肺炎患者具有极其重要的作用,其可以明显减少呼吸机的使用时间及住院时间,同时使并发症的发病率及致死率显著降低,提高患者的预后质量,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of refined nursing on the effect of elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods 80 elderly patients were selected with severe pneumonia who admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Among them,the observation group was treated with refinement,while the patients in the control group were routinely treated.At the same time,the time of ventilator time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications and mortality in the elderly patients with severe pneumonia were counted.Results The use time of ventilator and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of complications and mortality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing plays an extremely important role in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.It can significantly reduce the use time of ventilator and hospitalization time.Meanwhile,it can also reduce the incidence of complication and mortality,improving the prognosis quality of patients.So the refined nursing was worth promoting.
