循证护理对促进老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者咳痰能力恢复的效果探讨

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on the Expectoration Capacity Recovery in Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Infection and Expectoration Weakness

目的探讨循证护理对老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者促进咳痰能力恢复的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月至2019年1月我院收治的老年重症肺炎患者94例作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组。其中,观察组患者采取循证护理,而对照组患者采取常规护理,比较两组患者护理前后的血氧饱和度水平和白细胞计数,同时观察两组患者的首次咳痰时间、咳痰量、痰鸣音改善及胸部X线改善情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理干预后血氧饱和度水平和咳痰量均显著增多(P<0.05),白细胞计数显著降低(P<0.05),首次咳痰时间明显缩短(P<0.05),痰鸣音改善及胸部X线改善率均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能有效促进老年肺部感染咳痰无力患者的咳痰能力,效果显著,临床上值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the recovering ability of expectoration in elderly patients with pulmonary infection and expectoration weakness.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients were selected with pulmonary infection and expectoration weakness who admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing,while control group were routinely treated.The blood oxygen saturation and white blood cell count before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the time for the first sputum,the sputum volume,improvement of sputum and chest X-ray of the patients in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the blood oxygen saturation level and sputum volume in the observation group were significantly increased after nursing intervention(P<0.05),the white blood cell count was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the time for the first sputum cough was significantly shortened(P<0.05),the improvement of sputum sound and the improvement rate of chest X-ray were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with pulmonary infection and expectoration weakness can effectively restore the expectoration capacity,the effect is significant.Therefore,the evidencebased nursing is worth promoting.
