急性阑尾炎患者手术室护理的分析

Nursing Analysis of Operation Room for Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的探讨急性阑尾炎患者的有效手术室护理途径。方法取2018年1月至2018年12月本院88例急性阑尾炎手术患者,根据护理方法的不同分别设置对照组44例,试验组44例,对照组予以常规护理,试验组采用舒适护理,观察其应用效果。结果实验组经舒适护理,其手术时间、术后恢复时间以及术中出血量依次为(36.5±8.4)min、(7.1±1.7)d和(43.3±5.9)mL,均优于对照组的(45.3±7.9)min、(9.7±1.3)d和(49.8±8.3)mL(t=4.623,7.691,3.829,P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为13.6%,明显低于对照组的29.5%(χ^2=4.874,P<0.05);实验组总满意率为90.9%,高于对照组的70.5%,(χ^2=10.026,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够促进急性阑尾炎手术患者术后并发症的减少,加速患者康复,可改善患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effective way of nursing in operation room for patients with acute appendicitis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,88 patients with acute appendicitis surgery in our hospital were selected.According to different nursing methods,44 patients in the control group and 44 patients in the experimental group were set respectively.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comfortable nursing to observe the application effect.Result After comfortable nursing,the operation time,recovery time and intraoperative bleeding volume of the experimental group were 36.5+8.4 minutes,(7.1±1.7)days and(43.3±5.9)mL respectively,which were better than those of the control group(45.3±7.9)minutes,(9.7±1.3)days and(49.8±8.3)mL(t=4.623,7.691,3.829,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 13.6%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=4.874,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 90.9%,which was higher than 70.5%of the control group(χ^2=10.026,P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can promote the reduction of postoperative complications in patients with acute appendicitis surgery,accelerate the recovery of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.
