老年帕金森抑郁患者护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Parkinson’s Depression

目的观察分析护理干预在老年帕金森抑郁患者护理中的效果及影响。方法将2016年4月至2018年7月以帕金森合并抑郁为就诊主诉老年患者共104例纳为研究对象,以数字抽选法将其分为对照组与观察组,各组样本量为52例。予以对照组一般临床护理,予以研究组一般临床护理基础上护理干预。对比患者护理前后帕金森病评分、抑郁评分、运动功能评分及生活质量评分变化情况。结果护理前,组间帕金森病评分、抑郁评分、运动功能评分及生活质量评分情况对比无明显差异,P>0.05;经护理后,观察组帕金森病评分、抑郁评分、运动功能评分及生活质量评分较本组护理前与同期对照组均有显著改善,P<0.05。结论护理干预的实施,可对老年帕金森抑郁患者抑郁症状实现有效干预改善作用,进而对帕金森治疗效果起到积极治疗影响,进而从运动功能及生活质量方面对患者生存状况进行有效改善起到,可在临床护理中借鉴应用。

Objective To observe the effect and influence of nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with Parkinson’s depression.Methods A total of 104 elderly patients with Parkinson’s combined depression were enrolled in the study from April 2016 to July 2018.The subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group by digital sampling method.For 52 cases.The general clinical nursing of the control group was given to the nursing intervention based on the general clinical nursing of the research group.The changes of Parkinson’s disease score,depression score,motor function score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Parkinson’s disease,depression score,motor function score and quality of life score between the groups,P>0.05.After nursing,the observation group had Parkinson’s disease score,depression score,motor function score and The quality of life score was significantly improved compared with the control group before and during the same period,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of elderly patients with Parkinson’s depression,and then play an active role in the treatment of Parkinson’s treatment,and then effectively improve the patient’s living conditions from the aspects of motor function and quality of life.To can be used in clinical care.
