慢性缺血性心肌病合并肾功能不全的临床护理干预观察

Clinical Nursing Intervention Observation on Chronic Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Complicated with Renal Insufficiency

目的分析研究慢性缺血性心肌病合并肾功能不全的临床护理干预方法以及实施效果。方法对纳入此次研究的60例慢性缺血性心肌病合并肾功能不全患者进行分组护理,患者经临床检查确诊且为自愿参与。患者均为2017年1月至2018年3月接诊,依据患者入院顺序分组,对照组30例均采取常规护理,观察组30例则加以实施综合护理干预,对护理效果进行比较。结果观察组SAS评分为(37.2±2.8)分优于对照组的(40.1±1.6)分、观察组生存质量评分为(87.5±3.1)分优于对照组的(80.3±2.7)分、观察组健康知识评分为(90.4±3.5)分优于对照组的(78.6±4.1)分、观察组诊疗依从率为90.0%优于对照组66.7%,观察组护理满意度为96.7%优于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论对慢性缺血性心肌病合并肾功能不全患者进行护理服务时重视对患者心理状态、诊疗环境等多方面的干预指导,有助于进一步提高护理效果,改善患者心理状态以及生存质量,确保护理服务的顺利进行,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical nursing intervention methods and implementation effects of chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with renal insufficiency.Methods 60 patients with chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with renal insufficiency included in this study were divided into groups for nursing.The patients were confirmed by clinical examination and participated voluntarily.The patients were admitted from January 2017 to March 2018.They were divided into groups according to the admission order of the patients.The control group(30 cases)received routine nursing while the observation group(30 cases)received comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects.Results The SAS score of the observation group was(37.2±2.8)better than that of the control group(40.1±1.6),the quality of life score of the observation group was(87.5±3.1)better than that of the control group(80.3±2.7),the health knowledge score of the observation group was(90.4±3.5)better than that of the control group(78.6±4.1),the compliance rate of diagnosis and treatment of the observation group was 90.0%better than that of the control group 66.7%,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7%better than that of the control group 80.7%Conclusion Attention should be paid to the psychological state and diagnosis and treatment environment of patients with chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy complicated with renal insufficiency when providing nursing services,which is helpful to further improve the nursing effect,improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients,ensure the smooth progress of nursing services,and improve nursing satisfaction.
