快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜患者术后疼痛的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Pain of Gynecological Laparoscopic Patients

目的探讨快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁中医药大学附属医院妇产科就诊的80例腹腔镜患者术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用快速康复护理,比较两组患者术后的疼痛情况和肠道功能恢复情况。结果试验组手术后24 h、36 h和48 h疼痛水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组肛门排气时间和第一次排便时间均短语对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科腹腔镜患者术后采取快速康复护理可以有效的降低患者的疼痛,恢复患者的肠道功能,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain in gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of 80 patients with laparoscopic surgery patients,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases take routine nursing care,experimental group 40 cases in the control group using rapid rehabilitation nursing,on the basis of comparison of two groups of patients with postoperative pain and bowel function recovery.Results The pain level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 24 hours,36 hours and 48 hours after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for gynecological laparoscopic patients after surgery can effectively reduce the patient’s pain and restore the patient’s intestinal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
