乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者采用跟踪护理对治疗依从性的影响

Effects of Follow-up Nursing on Treatment Compliance in Patients with Post-hepatitis B Cirrhosis

目的探究跟踪护理在乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者护理中应用对其依从性的影响。方法择2016年2月至2018年2月我院收治的90例乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者作为本次研究对象,随机对患者分组干预,甲组45例,应用常规护理干预;乙组45例,常规护理+跟踪护理,对比2组患者干预后的护理有效率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、依从率及满意度。结果乙组护理总有效率95.56%比甲组护理总有效率82.22%高,依从率97.78%比甲组依从率84.44%高,满意度93.33%高于甲组77.78%,有统计学差异(P<0.05),乙组HAMA评分、HAMD评分干预后低于甲组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎后肝硬化开展跟踪护理,患者依从性好,护理效果突出,可以广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of follow-up nursing on the compliance of patients with cirrhosis after hepatitis b.Methods 90 patients with post-hepatitis b cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the object of this study.Patients were randomly divided into groups for intervention,45 cases in group a were treated with conventional nursing intervention.45 cases in group b were given routine nursing and follow-up nursing,and the nursing efficiency,anxiety score,depression score,compliance rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared after intervention.Results The total nursing efficiency of group b was 95.56%higher than that of group a,with a compliance rate of 97.78%higher than that of group a,with a satisfaction rate of 93.33%higher than that of group a,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of group b were lower than that of group a after intervention,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up nursing of post-hepatitis b cirrhosis patients with good compliance,outstanding nursing effect,can be widely used.
