hs-CRP与外周血白细胞计数检验诊断新生儿感染的价值探析

The Value of hs-CRP and Peripheral Blood Leukocyte Count in the Diagnosis of Neonatal Infection

目的探析超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与外周血白细胞(WBC)计数检验诊断新生儿感染的价值。方法将我院2017年2月至2018年2月收治的60例新生儿感染病例设为感染组,同期参与健康检查的60例新生儿设为对照组,应用Sysmex XT-4000i全自动血细胞分析仪检测WBC计数,Nephstar Plus特定蛋白分析仪检测hs-CRP,检测完毕后观察两组hs-CRP、WBC计数的检验结果,并对比hs-CRP、WBC计数诊断新生儿感染的阳性率。结果感染组hs-CRP、WBC计数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);60例新生儿感染病例中,WBC计数、hs-CRP、联合检验的阳性率为73.3%、86.7%、96.7%,对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP、WBC计数可为新生儿感染的诊断提供有效依据,联合检验有助于提高诊断效果。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and peripheral white blood cell(WBC)count in neonatal infection.Methods 60 cases of neonatal infections admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into infection group and 60 cases of neonates who participated in health examination during the same period were divided into control group.WBC counts were detected by Sysmex XT-4000i automatic blood cell analyzer and hs-CRP was detected by Nephstar Plus specific protein analyzer.The results of hsCRP and WBC counts were observed and compared between the two groups.The positive rate of WBC count in diagnosis of neonatal infection.Results The number of hs-CRP and WBC in the infected group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);in 60 cases of neonatal infection,the positive rates of WBC count,hs-CRP and combined test were 73.3%,86.7%and 96.7%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The counts of hs-CRP and WBC can provide an effective basis for the diagnosis of neonatal infection,and the combined test can improve the diagnosis effect.
