微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Microbiological Examination in the Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Infectious Diseases

目的评价微生物检验在感染性疾病患者预防和诊断治疗中的临床价值。方法选入2017年9月到2018年9月我院收治的感染性疾病患者90例,采用奇偶法的分组形式将其平均分成两个组别,即实验组与对照组,每组各45例,对照组行常规检验法与基础治疗法,实验组行微生物检验法对症治疗,分析治疗以后的感染程度。结果实验组在治疗以后的感染程度低于对照组,数据之间的对比存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论在感染性疾病实际预防与诊断治疗的过程中,采用微生物检验法,有助于全面检查出感染性疾病的特点与情况,对症的进行治疗,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of microbiological test in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases.Methods Ninety patients with infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into two groups by parity method,namely the experimental group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine test and basic treatment,while the experimental group was treated by microbiological test,and the infection degree after treatment was analyzed.Results The infection degree of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and there was statistical difference between the data,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of actual prevention,diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases,microbial test is helpful to comprehensively examine the characteristics and conditions of infectious diseases,and has high application value in the treatment of infectious diseases.
