氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究将氯比格雷联合阿司匹林用于治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果,评价其用药效果以及对患者的凝血指标造成的影响。方法按照数据库分析法,选择我院中2016年4月至2018年5月收入的所有急性心肌梗死患者,对患者一般资料进行分析后抽取出其中40例符合要求的患者纳入研究。根据患者治疗方案将其均分两组,每组中录入20例患者。对照组患者单纯应用阿司匹林治疗,实验组患者则在此基础上加用氯比格雷进行治疗,治疗完成后对所有患者治疗后的总有效率、不良反应发生率以及各项凝血指标进行评价,分析两种治疗方案的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率经分析后记录为18例(90.00%),高于对照组患者12例(60.00%),数据对比差异显著且具有统计学意义(χ~2=11.6181,P=0.05)。实验组患者治疗后的不良反应发生率为9.3%,其数据与对照组的7.0%相比未见明显差异,不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.3533,P=0.5522)。两组患者的凝血指标均受到一定程度的影响,两组患者的凝血指标均有所上升,但两组患者治疗后的凝血指标未见明显差异,数据对比不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对急性心肌梗死患者进行用药方案选择时,应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林能够有效保证患者的治疗效果,同时不会造成患者出现明显的用药后不良反应,并且也不会对患者的凝血功能造成较为明显的影响,属于一种安全且合理的用药方案,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,and to evaluate the effect of clotting and coagulation index.Methods According to the database analysis method,we selected all the patients with acute myocardial infarction from April 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital.After analyzing the general data of patients,we extracted 40 patients who met the requirements for inclusion in the study.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into two groups,each group included 20 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin alone,while the patients in the experimental group were treated with clopidogrel on the basis of aspirin alone.After the treatment,the total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and various coagulation indicators of all patients were evaluated,and the therapeutic effects of the two treatment schemes were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 18 cases(90.00%)after analysis,which was higher than that of the control group 12 cases(60.00%).There was significant difference between the data(χ~2=11.6181,P=0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the experimental group was 9.3%.There was no significant difference in the data between the experimental group and the control group(χ~2=0.3533,P=0.5522).The coagulation indexes of both groups were affected to some extent.The coagulation indexes of both groups increased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment,and the data comparison had no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin can effectively ensure the therapeutic effect of patients with acute myocardial infarction when selecting medication schemes,and it will not cause obvious adverse reactions after medication,and it will not affect the coagulation function of patients.It belongs to a safe and reasonable medication scheme,and is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
