探讨影响药剂科合理用药水平的因素及应对策略

To Explore the Factors Affecting the Level of Drug Use in Pharmacology Department and Its Countermeasures

目的探讨影响药剂科合理用药水平的因素,并制定相应的应对策略。方法从2017年1月至2017年12月我院药剂科未实施干预管理的用药处方中抽取120份作为对照组,从2018年1月至2018年12月我院药剂科实施临床合理用药干预管理的用药处方中抽取120份作为观察组,比较两组的临床用药不合理率,并对影响药剂科合理用药水平的相关因素进行分析,制定解决对策。结果从观察组与对照组的临床用药合理情况比较上来看,观察组的临床用药不合理率明显低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义。分析影响药剂科合理用药水平的因素:第一,药剂师专业素养有待加强;第二,药剂科工作分配缺乏合理性;第三,药剂科硬件设施配套不完善。针对上述问题,制定解决对策:第一,加强对药剂师专业素养和专业能力的培养与培训;第二,根据医院和科室的具体情况合理分配药剂师工作任务;第三,补充药剂科的配套硬件设施。结论在了解影响药剂科合理用药水平的相关因素基础上,制定相应的解决对策,能够减少药剂科用药的不合理情况,提高临床用药的合理率,为治疗的安全性和有效性提供有力保障。

Objective To explore the factors affecting the rational use of pharmacy,and to formulate corresponding coping strategies.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,120 prescriptions were collected from the pharmacy department of our hospital for intervention management.From January 2018 to December 2018,the pharmacy department of our hospital implemented clinical rational drug intervention management.120 prescriptions were taken as the observation group,the unreasonable rate of clinical medication was compared between the two groups,and the related factors affecting the rational drug use level of the pharmacy were analyzed to solve the countermeasures.Results From the comparison of the rationality of clinical medication in the observation group and the control group,the unreasonable rate of clinical medication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant.Analysis of factors affecting the rational use of pharmacy:First,the professional literacy of pharmacists needs to be strengthened;second,the lack of rationality in the distribution of pharmacy work;third,the hardware facilities of the pharmacy are not perfect.In response to the above problems,formulate solutions:First,strengthen the training and training of pharmacists’professional literacy and professional competence;second,rationally allocate pharmacists’work tasks according to the specific conditions of hospitals and departments;third,supplement the pharmacy’s supporting facilities.Hardware facilities.Conclusion Based on the relevant factors affecting the rational use of pharmacy,it is necessary to formulate corresponding solutions to reduce the irrational situation of pharmacy medication,improve the rational rate of clinical medication,and provide a strong guarantee for the safety and effectiveness of treatment.
