脑电仿生电刺激仪联合治疗后循环缺血的临床观察疗效分析

Clinical Observation and Analysis of the Effect of Electroencephalogram Biomimetic Electrical Stimulation combined with Electroencephalogram on Posterior Circulation Ischemia

目的研究脑电仿生电刺激仪(EEG)联合治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效。方法选择经过系统检查,符合《中国后循环缺血的专家共识》中后循环缺血的诊断标准,确诊为后循环缺血的患者54例,按自愿原则分为治疗组(23例)与对照组(31例),两组均接受相同的抗血小板聚集、改善循环、营养神经和对症治疗,治疗组加用脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗。结果治疗组与对照组比较,症状改善率提高,住院时间缩短,临床疗效提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论后循环缺血患者治疗过程中,联合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗可改善预后,促进患者康复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Electroencephalogram(EEG)biomimetic electrical stimulator on posterior circulation ischemia electrical stimulator on posterior circulation ischemia.Methods The 54 patients who were diagnosed as posterior circulation Ischemia were divided into treatment group(23 cases)and Control Group(31 cases)according to the principle of voluntariness,both groups received the same anti-platelet aggregation,improve circulation,nutritional nerve and symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with electroencephalography.Results Compared with the control group,the improvement rate of symptoms,the length of stay and the clinical effect of the treatment group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with posterior circulation Ischemia,electroencephalogram biomimetic electrical stimulation can improve the prognosis and promote the recovery of the patients.
