腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Operation combined with Gesheruilin Acetic Acid in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的研究腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果,探讨腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床意义。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月,1年内收治的子宫内膜异位症患者100例,将其按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(50例,使用腹腔镜手术治疗)和研究组(50例,使用腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗),对两组的治疗效果、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2),术后复发率及妊娠率等进行收集和分析,术后随访1年。结果研究组患者治疗后有效率93.52%,对照组患者治疗有效率70.21%;研究组妊娠率50.35%,对照组妊娠率25.54%;研究组复发率11.32%,对照组复发率33.24%;研究组患者治疗有效率、妊娠率显著高于对照组,研究组患者复发率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症患者的临床治疗中,应用腹腔镜手术联合醋酸戈舍瑞林的治疗方案,能够取得较为显著的效果,且能在一定程度上显著降低患者术后复发率,并且提高患者术后妊娠率,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Gesheruilin in the treatment of endometriosis.To investigate the clinical significance of laparoscopic surgery combined with Gesheruilin in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods 100 patients with endometriosis were admitted in our hospital in 2017-2018.1 months,and they were divided into control groups(50 cases with laparoscopic surgery)and research groups according to the treatment methods.(50 cases with laparoscopic surgery combined with Gesheruilin).The treatment effects of the two groups,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Huangtishengchengsu(LH),estradiol(E2),postoperative recurrence rate and pregnancy rate were collected and analyzed,and the postoperative follow-up was 1 year.Results The effective rate was 93.52%after the study group and 70.21%after the control group.The pregnancy rate of the study group was 50.35%,and that of the control group was 25.54%.The relapse rate of the study group was 11.32%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 33.24%.The efficiency of treatment and pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the study group.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of endometriosis patients,laparoscopic surgery combined with the treatment of Gesheruilin can achieve more significant results,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients after surgery,and improve the postoperative pregnancy rate of patients.It has high clinical application value.
