替硝唑+阿莫西林治疗急性肠胃炎的临床应用价值研究

Clinical Application Value of Tinidazole + Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis

目的对替硝唑加以阿莫西林治疗急性肠胃炎的临床应用价值进行研究。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月我院收治的急性肠胃炎患者80例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组两组,每组患者40例,两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组患者在此基础上采用阿莫西林进行治疗,观察组患者采用阿莫西林加用替硝唑,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、住院天数及症状缓解时间。结果两组患者经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果及症状缓解时间明显优于对照组患者,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,住院天数明显短于对照组患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替硝唑加以阿莫西林相对于单纯使用阿莫西林来说,治疗急性肠胃炎的效果更为显著,可有效改善患者的病情,缩短患者的住院天数及症状消失时间,有效促进了患者的病情恢复,具有较高的临床价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of tinidazole plus amoxicillin in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods Selecting in August 2017 to August 2018 of our hospital,80 cases of patients with acute gastroenteritis as the research object,the two groups were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases of patients in each group,two groups of patients were used conventional treatment,control group patients on the basis of the use of amoxicillin for treatment,observation group were treated by amoxicillin and indications for use,contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions,hospitalization days and duration of symptoms.Results After treatment,the treatment effect and symptom remission time of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For indications to amoxicillin relative to the simple use of amoxicillin,the more significant effect of the treatment of acute gastroenteritis,which can effectively improve the patient’s condition,and shorten the hospitalization days of patients symptoms disappear time,effectively promote the patient recover,has high clinical value,worthy of further clinical application.
