探讨输卵管间质部妊娠的临床特点及诊治经验

To Explore the Clinical Features and Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of Tubal Interstitial Pregnancy

目的本次实验将讨论分析输卵管间质部妊娠的临床特点及诊治经验,更好地为患者的康复治疗提供可行性策略。方法本次实验选取了2017年1月至2018年12月在本院进行治疗的患者为对象,经过检查后均已确诊为输卵管间质部妊娠,而符合实验要求的人数有102例,根据患者治疗的顺序,以单双数的形式分别进行不同方案的治疗。观察组实施阴道彩色超声诊断技术,并结合腹腔镜手术方式实施诊断治疗;对照组患者则为综合诊断方式,并且以开腹手术为治疗策略,对比患者的治疗结局。结果观察组的总有效率为96.08%高于对照组的82.35%,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在治疗满意度的调查上,观察组患者的满意度为92.16%(47/51),明显优于对照组的78.43%(40/51)。最后,在手术结果中对比了患者的出血量,即观察组患者为(1325±213)mL,对照组则为(1825±301)mL。结论采用阴道彩色超声诊断技术结合腹腔镜手术策略,有利于实现输卵管间质部妊娠患者的病情改善,有利于提高治疗成效。在临床数据的分析下,进行对症治疗可以保障患者的生命健康,需要积极对待。

Objective This experiment will discuss the clinical characteristics and experience of diagnosis and treatment of tubal interstitial pregnancy,so as to provide feasible strategies for the rehabilitation of patients.Methods This experiment selected patients who were treated in this hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.After examination,they were all diagnosed with tubal interstitial pregnancy,and the number of people who met the experimental requirements was 102.According to the order of patient treatment,Different treatments are performed in the form of single and double numbers.The observation group carried out the vagina color ultrasound diagnosis technique and combined the laparoscopic operation to carry out the diagnosis and treatment.The patients in the control group were diagnosed comprehensively,and the outcome of the treatment was compared with that of open abdominal surgery.Results From the point of view of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%,and that of the control group was 82.35%.At the same time,in the treatment satisfaction survey,patients in the observation group were satisfied with 92.16%(47/51),which was significantly better than the 78.43%(40/51)in the control group.Therefore,we believe that care in the observation group is better.Finally,the amount of bleeding in the patient was compared in the results of the operation,that is(1325±213)mL in the observation group and(1825±301)mL in the control group.Conclusion The use of vaginal color ultrasound diagnosis combined with laparoscopic surgery is beneficial to improve the condition of tubal interstitial pregnancy and improve the therapeutic effect.Under the analysis of clinical data,symptomatic treatment can guarantee the patient’s life and health and needs to be treated positively.
