摘要
目的探究临床尿常规检验结果的影响因素,给予解决措施,以便提高检验结果的准确性。方法在2018年2月至2019年2月时间段中,选取我院接受尿常规检验的400例患者作为研究对象,均给予尿常规检验,需要对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对收集时间、尿液标本等方面进行总结归纳,了解尿液检验分析前质量的影响因素,并给予针对性措施处理。对其检验流程进行了解,并分析影响因素,制定出解决方案。结果在400例尿常规检验患者中,发现存在尿液检验不合格的有12例,占3.0%。对影响尿液检验结果的因素进行了解,影响因素包括容器不达标、标本污染、收集时间不当、标本量少、送检时间长、标记不明确、仪器操作不当、尿试纸条保存不当、检验指标等因素。结论在临床尿常规检验中,对检验结果的影响因素较多,需要对尿常规检验流程进行全面质量控制,对各个操作环节进行规范处理,对影响因素进行合理控制,降低检验结果误差的发生,提高检验结果的准确性。
Objective Explore the influencing factors of routine clinical urine test results,and provide solutions to improve the accuracy of test results.Methods In 2018.02-2019.02 times,the selection of 400 cases with accept routine urine test as the research object,were given routine urine test,the need for patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the collection time,this paper summarizes urine specimen,etc,and understand the influence factors of urine test before the analysis quality,and give corresponding measures to deal with.Understand the inspection process,analyze the influencing factors and work out the solution.Results Among the 400 patients with routine urine examination,12 cases(3.0%)were found to have unqualified urine examination.The factors influencing urine test results were analyzed,including substandard containers,contaminated samples,improper collection time,small amount of samples,long submission time,unclear marking,improper instrument operation,improper preservation of urine test strips,and inspection indicators.Conclusion In clinical routine urine test,there are many factors influencing the test results,so it is necessary to carry out overall quality control of the routine urine test process,standardize each operation link,and reasonably control the influencing factors,so as to reduce the occurrence of test result errors and improve the accuracy of the test results.
