甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法我院2017年9月至2018年9月接收2型糖尿病患者76例。研究中依照随机数表原理将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组和观察组患者均38例。对照组患者使用预混胰岛素治疗,观察组患者应用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效率、血糖等各项指标情况。结果经统计,对照组患者的治疗效率为73.7%,低于观察组患者的94.7%,检验数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;两组患者治疗前的2hPG、FPG以及HbA1c指标无区别,治疗后所有患者指标均改善,且观察组患者改善效果要明显优于对照组,检验两组患者各组数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对比两组患者血糖达标时间、胰岛素使用量、低血糖发生率,观察组患者各项指标均优于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论将甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病,可提高治疗效率,降低患者血糖,促进血糖达标,还可减少胰岛素使用时间,应用效果较好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.In the study,according to the principle of random number table,patients were divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in both groups.Patients in the control group were treated with premixed insulin,while patients in the observation group were treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide.The treatment efficiency,blood sugar and other indicators of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results According to statistics,the treatment efficiency of the patients in the control group was 73.7%,lower than 94.7%of the patients in the observation group,and the test data was P<0.05,which accorded with statistical significance.There was no difference in the indicators of 2 hPG,FPG and HbA1c between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,all the patients’indicators were improved,and the improvement effect of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group.The data of each group of patients in the two groups were tested P<0.05,which accorded with the statistical significance.Comparing the time of blood sugar reaching the standard,the amount of insulin used and the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups,the indexes of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the test data P<0.05,which had statistical significance.Conclusion Combination of insulin glargine and repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce blood sugar,promote blood sugar to reach the target,and also reduce the time of insulin use.
