阿立哌唑与利培酮联用治疗精神分裂症的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Aripiprazole combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的研究精神分裂症开展阿立哌唑与利培酮联用治疗的效果及作用。方法从我院随机选定40例精神分裂症患者,就诊于2018年4月至2019年3月,随机双盲法分组,为20例实验组患者采取阿立哌唑与利培酮联用治疗,为20例对照组患者采取利培酮治疗。将2组患者治疗有效性、安全性进行对比分析。结果对比对照组,明显实验组治疗8周后生活质量均更加理想,差异明显,组间数据对比具备统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者疗效相当,对比2组患者治疗8周后PANSS评分情况,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症开展阿立哌唑与利培酮联用治疗,效果理想,可明显改善患者治疗8周后PANSS评分情况、生活质量,可有效改善患者各项临床症状,可促进患者机体康复,值得临床运用及临床推荐。

Objective To study the effect and effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 40 patients with schizophrenia were randomly selected from our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups:20 patients in the experimental group were treated with aripiprazole and risperidone,and 20 patients in the control group were treated with risperidone.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the experimental group was better after 8 weeks of treatment,the difference was obvious,and the data comparison between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);the curative effect of the two groups was similar,and the PANSS score of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with risperidone is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia.It can significantly improve the PANSS score and quality of life of patients after 8 weeks of treatment.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and clinical recommendation.
