摘要
目的探讨老年痴呆伴营养风险患者运用营养支持疗法对其睡眠状态的影响。方法对本院神经内科老年痴呆伴营养风险60例患者(2017年1月至2019年1月间)实施研究,按随机数表法分组:基础组(n=30)和支持组(n=30),对基础组实施常规治疗,对支持组运用营养支持疗法干预,分析患者营养风险变化状况、营养不良发生率、睡眠质量及生活质量变化状况。结果支持组干预后营养风险发生率、营养不良发生率、PSQI评分显著低于基础组(P<0.05)。支持组干预后生活质量评分显著高于基础组(P<0.05)。结论老年痴呆伴营养风险患者运用营养支持疗法可降低营养风险,预防患者营养不良,改善患者睡眠质量及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of nutritional support therapy on sleep status in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and nutritional risk.Methods 60 patients with neurological dementia and nutritional risk in our hospital(between January 2017 and January 2019)were enrolled in a random number table:basic group(n=30)and support group(n=30),the routine treatment of the basic group,the use of nutritional support therapy intervention in the support group,analysis of the nutritional risk changes,malnutrition incidence,sleep quality and quality of life changes.Results The incidence of nutritional risk,incidence of malnutrition,and PSQI scores in the support group were significantly lower than those in the baseline group(P<0.05).The quality of life score after the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and nutritional risk can reduce nutritional risk,prevent malnutrition and improve sleep quality and quality of life.
