榄香烯注射液辅助治疗肺癌脑转移患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Elemene Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Brain Metastasis from Lung Cancer

目的探讨榄香烯注射液辅助治疗肺癌脑转移患者的临床疗效。方法通过对2016年10月至2018年10月在我院治疗的122例肺癌脑转移患者随机分组,对照组患者应用放疗,实验组患者应用化疗辅助榄香烯注射液治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果、生活质量、不良反应发生率差异。结果实验组总缓解率为55.74%(34/61),对照组总缓解率为34.43%(21/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生理状况评分为(18.53±1.25)分,社会/家庭状况评分为(20.71±2.07)分,情感状况评分为(17.94±1.99)分,功能状况评分为(17.57±2.62)分,对照组生理状况评分为(15.11±1.09)分,社会/家庭状况评分为(17.69±1.85)分,情感状况评分为(15.12±1.64)分,功能状况评分为(14.73±1.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率37.70%(23/61),对照组不良反应发生率为72.13%(44/61),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肺癌脑转移患者应用榄香烯注射液辅助治疗可提高治疗效果和患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of elemene injection in the treatment of patients with lung cancer with brain metastases.Methods A total of 122 patients with brain metastases from lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomized.Patients in the control group were treated with radiotherapy.Patients in the experimental group were treated with chemotherapy-assisted elemene injection.Differences in treatment outcomes,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total remission rate was 55.74%(34/61)in the experimental group and 34.43%(21/61)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores were(18.53±1.25),social/family status(20.71±2.07),emotional status(17.94±1.99),functional status(17.57±2.62),physiological status(15.11±1.09),social/family status(17.69±1.85),emotional status(15.12±1.64),and functional status The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 37.70%(23/61)in the experimental group and 72.13%(44/61)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of elemene injection in the treatment of lung cancer patients with brain metastases can improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
