疏肝解郁法治疗肝郁型偏头痛的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Shugan Jieyu Therapy on Liver Depression Type Migraine

目的探讨疏肝解郁法治疗肝郁型偏头痛效果。方法选择我院106例2018年1月至2019年1月肝郁型偏头痛患者。随机分组,临床上的常规西医药物治疗组实施临床上的常规西医药物治疗,疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组则实施临床上的常规西医药物+疏肝解郁法治疗。比较两组肝郁型偏头痛疗效;肝郁型偏头痛症状缓解的时间、头痛消失的时间、睡眠质量改善的时间;治疗前后患者肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数;不良反应。结果疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组疗效更高,P<0.05。治疗前临床上的常规西医药物治疗组、疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数比较,P>0.05;治疗后疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数变化幅度更大,P<0.05。其中,治疗之前,临床上的常规西医药物治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数分别是(6.54±1.26)分、(14.67±3.01)分,治疗之后,临床上的常规西医药物治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数分别是(2.79±0.56)分、(9.21±1.67)分。治疗之前,疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数分别是(6.57±1.25)分、(14.78±3.21)分,治疗之后,疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛程度评分、睡眠状态量表分数分别是(1.78±0.11)分、(7.16±1.53)分。疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛症状缓解的时间、头痛消失的时间、睡眠质量改善的时间和临床上的常规西医药物治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05,疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组肝郁型偏头痛症状缓解的时间、头痛消失的时间、睡眠质量改善的时间分别是(3.26±1.46)d、(11.46±2.15)d、(14.56±2.67)d,而临床上的常规西医药物治疗组肝郁型偏头痛症状缓解的时间、头痛消失的时间、睡眠质量改善的时间分别是(6.26±1.61)d、(13.21±3.14)d、(17.57±3.64)d。疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组和临床上的常规西医药物治疗组不良反应相似,P>0.05,其中,临床上的常规西医药物治疗组当中1名患者出现不良反应。疏肝解郁法辅助治疗组当中两名患者出现不良反应。结论临床上的常规西医药物+疏肝解郁法治疗肝郁型偏头痛效果确切,可获得理想效果,可缩短症状消失的时间,并改善睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu method in treating liver depression type migraine.Methods A total of 106 patients with liver stagnation migraine were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.Randomly divided into groups,the conventional western medicine treatment group in the clinic implemented the conventional western medicine treatment in the clinical group,and the auxiliary liver treatment group in the treatment of the liver relieving and stagnation therapy implemented the clinical conventional western medicine and stagnation and liver relieving method.Compare the efficacy of liver stagnation migraine between the two groups;time to relieve symptoms of liver stagnation migraine,time to headache disappearance,and time to improve sleep quality;scores of patients with liver stagnation migraine before and after treatment,scores of sleep status scale;adverse reactions.Results The efficacy of the adjuvant therapy group of Shugan Jieyu was higher,P<0.05.Comparison of scores of liver depression type migraine and sleep state scale scores in conventional western medicine treatment group and liver-relieving stagnation adjuvant therapy group before treatment,P>0.05;degree of liver depression-type migraine adjuvant therapy group The changes in scores and sleep status scale scores were greater,P<0.05.Among them,before treatment,the scores of liver depression type migraine and sleep state scale in the conventional western medicine treatment group were(6.54±1.26)points and(14.67±3.01)points respectively.After treatment,the clinical conventional western medicine The score of liver depression type migraine degree and sleep state scale score in the drug treatment group were(2.79±0.56)points and(9.21±1.67)points,respectively.Before treatment,the liver stagnation and depression depression adjuvant treatment group scores of liver depression type migraine and sleep state scale scores were(6.57±1.25)and(14.78±3.21)respectively.After treatment,the liver stagnation depression relief adjuvant treatment group liver depression type The score of migraine degree and sleep state scale were(1.78±0.11)points and(7.16±1.53)points,respectively.The time for the relief of liver stagnation migraine symptoms,the time for headache disappearance,and the time for improvement of sleep quality in the adjuvant therapy group of Shugan Jieyu method are superior to those of the conventional western medicine treatment group,P<0.05.The time of depression migraine symptom relief,headache disappearance,and sleep quality improvement time were(3.26±1.46)d,(11.46±2.15)d,(14.56±2.67)d,and conventional western medicine treatment in clinic The time of relief of liver stagnation migraine symptoms,time of headache disappearance,and time of improvement of sleep quality were(6.26±1.61)d,(13.21±3.14)d,(17.57±3.64)d,respectively.The adverse reactions of the adjuvant therapy group of Shugan Jieyu and the conventional western medicine treatment group were similar,P>0.05.Among them,one patient in the conventional western medicine treatment group had adverse reactions.Adverse reactions occurred in two patients in the adjuvant therapy group of Shuganjieyu.Conclusion The clinical effect of conventional Western medicine+Shugan Jieyu method on liver stagnation migraine is definite.It can obtain the ideal effect,shorten the time for the symptoms to disappear,and improve sleep quality.
