快速康复理念应用于脑膜瘤围术期患者的护理作用分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation in Perioperative Patients with Meningioma

目的了解快速康复理念应用于脑膜瘤围术期患者护理作用。方法将我院2015年1月至2018年12月的80例脑膜瘤患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组给予一般护理,快速康复理念护理组开展快速康复理念。比较两组满意度;脑膜瘤手术实施的时间、机体康复时间、出院时间;护理前后生存质量的相关指标和评分;并发症发生率。结果快速康复理念护理组的满意度是40例(100.00%),常规护理服务组则是30例(75.00%),P<0.05。护理前两组生存质量的相关指标和评分接近,P>0.05;护理后快速康复理念护理组生存质量的相关指标和评分优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05。快速康复理念护理组脑膜瘤手术实施的时间、机体康复时间、出院时间优于常规护理服务组,P<0.05,快速康复理念护理组并发症发生率更少,P<0.05。常规护理服务组并发症有1例,而快速康复理念护理组并发症有8例。结论脑膜瘤患者实施快速康复理念效果确切。

Objective To understand the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation concept applied to perioperative patients with meningioma.Methods 80 patients with meningioma in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into general nursing group and fast rehabilitation nursing group.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups,the time of meningioma operation,the time of body recovery,the time of discharge,the related indicators and scores of quality of life before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications.Results The satisfaction rate of the fast rehabilitation concept nursing group was 40 cases(100.00%),while that of the routine nursing service group was 30 cases(75.00%),P<0.05.The related indicators and scores of QOL in the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the related indicators and scores of QOL in the nursing group with the concept of rapid rehabilitation after nursing were better than those in the conventional nursing service group,P<0.05.The operation time,body recovery time and discharge time of the fast rehabilitation nursing group were better than those of the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the fast rehabilitation nursing group was less than that of the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).There were 1 case complication in routine nursing service group and 8 cases complication in fast rehabilitation concept nursing group.Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation is effective for patients with meningioma.
