乳腺癌患者术后并发症的心理护理及护理措施

Psychological Nursing and Nursing Measures of Postoperative Complications in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的研究于乳腺癌患者手术后实施心理护理措施对防治并发症的效果。方法选取在2017年12月至2018年4月期间于我院行手术治疗的74例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,通过数字抽签法将其随机划分为两组,即研究组与对照组,每组各有37例患者。其中对照组患者给予普通的常规护理,而研究组患者则在对照组基础上加施心理护理干预,然后对比两组患者的护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的护理满意度(94.59%)以及并发症发生率(8.11%)均显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者手术之后,在常规护理的基础上加施心理护理,可以全面提升患者的护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得在各大医院的临床护理工作中推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing measures on the prevention and treatment of complications after operation of breast cancer patients.Methods 74 cases of breast cancer patients who were operated in our hospital during the period of April-2018 December 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups by digital drawing method,that is,the study group and the control group,each group had 37 cases each.The patients in the control group were given general routine nursing,while the patients in the study group added psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and then compared the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group(94.59%)and the incidence of complications(8.11%)were significantly better than those in the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of breast cancer patients,adding psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can comprehensively improve the patients nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth popularizing in the clinical nursing work of the major hospitals.
