急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Emergency Nursing Intervention on the Recovery Effect of Patients after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的研究心肺复苏后患者实施急诊护理干预的临床价值及康复效果。方法纳入本院(2017年6月至2018年6月)接收的心肺复苏后患者(n=110)作为研究对象,以入院单双号为基准,分为实验组(n=55,实施急诊护理干预)、对照组(n=55,实施常规护理),对110例患者临床指标、护理效果、不良事件发生率、护理满意度评估。结果临床指标:实验组临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理效果:实验组护理效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良事件发生率:实验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度:实验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心肺复苏后患者实施急诊护理干预的临床价值显著,既可缩短住院时间,又可降低对呼吸、动脉压、心率等的影响,值得护理借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical value and rehabilitation effect of emergency nursing intervention in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods Patients who underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation(n=110)received in our hospital(June 2017-June 2016)were enrolled in the study group.The patients were divided into experimental groups(n=55,emergency department).Nursing intervention),control group(n=55,routine nursing),evaluation of clinical indicators,nursing effects,adverse event rates,and nursing satisfaction of 110 patients.Results Clinical indicators:The clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing effect:The nursing effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events:the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction:The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of emergency nursing intervention in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is significant,which can shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the impact on respiratory,arterial pressure and heart rate.It is worthy of nursing.
