整体化护理干预对阿尔茨海默症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的研究整体化护理干预对阿尔茨海默症患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月至2018年8月前来我院接受治疗的126例阿尔兹海默症患者,采用均衡分组法分为参与组和研究组,各63例。参与组采用常规护理,研究组采用整体化护理干预。护理4个月后开展随访工作,观察护理过程中不良事件发生情况及护理前后精神状态评分、生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分变化。结果研究组不良事件发生率6.35%,参与组不良事件发生率23.81%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组精神状态评分、生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分高于参与组及护理前,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体化护理干预可提高阿尔茨海默症患者生活质量,并有效改善患者精神状态及生活自理能力,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods A total of 126 patients with Alzheimer’s disease who were treated in our hospital from July to May 20,2015 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group used integrated nursing intervention.Follow-up work was carried out 4 months after the nursing,and the occurrence of adverse events during the nursing process and the mental state scores,life activity ability scores,and quality of life scores before and after the nursing were observed.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.35%,and the incidence of adverse events in the control group was 23.81%.The correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the mental state score,life activity ability score,and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and before treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer’s disease,and effectively improve the mental state and life activities of patients,and has a high clinical promotion value.
