全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Whole Process Health Education Model in Diabetes Nursing Intervention

目的关于全程健康教育模式应用在糖尿病护理干预当中的效果探究。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月来我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者40例作为本文的观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者40例作为对照组,分别对两组患者采用全程健康教育模式和常规护理模式进行干预,对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果本文观察组的健康知识知晓率为97.50%(39/40),对照组为75.00%(30/40),观察组的治疗依从性为95.00%(38/40),对照组为70.00%(28/40),观察组的治疗有效率为90.00%(36/40),对照组为67.50%(27/40),P<0.05;对两组患者经过不同干预以后的空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论临床对糖尿病患者在护理干预的时候,通过全程健康教育模式进行护理指导能有效提高患者对健康知识的知晓率,提升患者治疗的依从性和治疗有效率,对维持患者的血糖稳定具有良好的意义,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the whole-course health education model in diabetes nursing intervention.Methods Forty patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group.40 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital as the control group were selected as the control group.The whole-course health education model and the routine nursing model were intervened to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),and that in the control group was 75.00%(30/40).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),and that of the control group was 70.00%(28/40),the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%(36/40),and that in the control group was 67.50%(27/40),P<0.05.The fasting blood glucose level and postprandial after different interventions in the two groups of patients The 2 h blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Intervention of diabetes patients through full-course health education can effectively improve the patient’s control effect.
