临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理中的效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Nursing Path in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的分析评价子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理中临床护理路径方法的应用效果。方法本次采取随机数字分组法,对本院入选的子宫肌瘤患者平均分为2个不同的组别,这些患者的入选时间分布在2017年2月至2018年2月;当中,对照组44例采取常规护理方法,观察组采取临床护理路径方法,进一步对两组围术期护理效果进行对比评价。结果①在首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间方面,观察组均明显短于对照组,两组数据差异统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院费用上,观察组与对照组对比明显更低(P<0.05),两组数据差异具备统计学意义。②观察组患者对护理服务工作的总满意度95.45%,和对照组的72.73%对比显著要高,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对子宫肌瘤患者,基于围术期护理实施临床护理路径效果显著,可改善患者手术预后效果,提高对护理服务工作的满意程度;因此,具备在临床护理工作中推广及使用的价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of patients with uterine leiomyoma.Methods In this study,randomized digital grouping method was used to divide the selected patients into two different groups.The time of admission of these patients was from February 2017 to February 2018.Among them,44 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway,and the effect of perioperative nursing was further evaluated.Results The main results were as follows:(1)the first time of getting out of bed,the time of first exhaust and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of hospitalization expenses,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the data of the two groups were significantly different.(2)The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.45%.Compared with the control group(72.73%),the data of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,for patients with uterine myoma,the effect of clinical nursing pathway based on perioperative nursing is remarkable,which can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.Therefore,it has the value of popularizing and using in clinical nursing work.
