健康教育在消化性溃疡患者护理中的应用

Application of Health Education in Nursing of Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的探究健康教育在消化性溃疡患者护理中的应用效果,分析其对患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响。方法选定2017年1月至2018年12月期间凌源市中心医院收治的消化性溃疡患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字分组法将其分为对照组和试验组(每组43例),对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组应用常规护理干预+健康教育,对患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组患者的生活质量、遵医行为和知识知晓率。结果试验组护理前1周生活质量评分与对照组相比存在差异,但P>0.05,护理8周后两组上述指标均升高,且试验组较对照组高,P<0.05;试验组依从性(95.35%)较对照组(81.40%)高,试验组知识知晓率(90.70%)较对照组(74.42%)高,P<0.05。结论针对消化性溃疡患者,健康教育可传递疾病健康知识,提高患者依从性,促进患者生活质量调整,具有较高的应用价值,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of health education in the nursing of patients with peptic ulcer,and to analyze its influence on the quality of life and compliance behavior of patients.Methods 86 cases with peptic ulcer admitted to Lingyuan Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number grouping method(43 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given routine nursing intervention plus health education.The data of patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the quality of life of the two groups was compared.Compliance behavior and knowledge awareness rate.Results There was a difference in quality of life score between the experimental group and the control group one week before nursing,but P>0.05.After 8 weeks of nursing,the above indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Compliance in the experimental group(95.35%)was higher than that in the control group(81.40%).Knowledge awareness rate in the experimental group(90.70%)was higher than that in the control group(74.42%)and P<0.05.Conclusion For patients withpeptic ulcer,health education can transfer disease health knowledge,improve patient compliance,and promote the adjustment of patients’quality of life.It has high application value and is worth learning.
