健康教育在妇科阴道炎患者护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Health Education in Nursing of Gynecological Vaginitis Patients

目的分析健康教育在妇科阴道炎患者护理中的应用价值。方法挑选2017年12月-2018年12月我院收治的120例阴道炎患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施健康教育。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组的焦虑(27.95±3.31)分、抑郁(28.86±3.01)分评分都优于对照组(36.03±3.28)分、(37.15±3.54)分(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率96.67%显著高于对照组81.67%(P<0.05)、护理总满意率95.00%显著高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。观察组的症状评分,包括皮肤发红(32.15±3.12)分、外阴瘙痒(31.28±4.41)分、性交疼痛(34.26±2.37)分、阴道分泌物状况(29.24±4.11)分各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应用于妇科阴道炎护理中,可以较好改善患者症状,治疗效果显著,应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the application value of health education in nursing care of patients with gynecological vaginitis.Methods 120 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety(27.95±3.31)and depression(28.86±3.01)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(36.03±3.28)and(37.15±3.54)(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%significantly higher than that of the control group 81.67%(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 95.00%significantly higher than that of the control group 76.67%(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group,including skin redness(32.15±3.12),vulvar pruritus(31.28±4.41),sexual intercourse pain(34.26±2.37)and vaginal secretions(29.24±4.11),were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of gynecologic vaginitis can better improve the symptoms of patients with significant therapeutic effect and high application value.
