某高速公路隧道工程机械化施工关键技术

摘要 为实现特长大断面隧道机械化施工,针对某高速隧道机械化施工段中所面临的超前地质预报、掌子面开挖,机械化施工关键技术、监控量测等问题,经过现场试验,理论分析,并通过数据与传统工艺方法比对。有力体现了隧道机械化施工的必要性,该高速公路隧道在合理的施工组织设计下保持较好的工作状态、较高的工作效率,学习且应用国内外重点项目经验,形成了合理有效安全的施工技术,和传统人工法相比,突出了机械化施工的优势。研究成果可为今后的隧道机械化施工技术提供参考。 In order to realize the mechanized construction of extra-long and large-section tunnels,the problems such as advanced geological prediction,palm face excavation,key technology of mechanized construction,monitoring and measurement,etc.,faced in a mechanized construction section of a high-speed tunnel,have undergone field tests,theoretical analysis and passed the data is compared with traditional process methods. It effectively reflects the necessity of mechanized construction of the tunnel. The highway tunnel maintains a good working state and high work efficiency under a reasonable construction organization design. It learns and applies the experience of key projects at home and abroad to form a reasonable,effective and safe construction,compared with the traditional manual method,the technology highlights the advantages of mechanized construction. The research results can provide reference for future tunnel mechanization construction technology.
