中国城中村理论研究与更新实践历程刍议

On the Theoretical Research and Renewal Practice of Urban Villages in China

"城市双修"的提出使我国城中村的更新实践迎来了又一个快速发展阶段。文章对国内城中村理论进行研究,并总结出理论研究发展的三个阶段,即萌芽阶段、探索阶段和发展阶段,具体阐述了每个阶段的发展背景及研究内容进展。对城中村更新实践的内容进行了整理,依据相关研究文献将更新实践历程总结为探索和快速发展阶段,阐述了各阶段的主要特征。综合目前对城中村已有的业界经验以及规划领域的思想和技术发展趋势,为国内未来城中村的更新实践提出建设意见。

The proposal of "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration" has brought about another rapid development stage in the renewal practice of urban villages in China. This paper studies the theory of urban villages, and summarizes the three stages of theoretical research development: the germination stage, the exploration stage, and the development stage. It elaborates the development background and research content of each stage. This paper also sorted out the content of the urban villages’ renewal practice. According to the research of related papers, the course of renewal practice is summarized as the stage of exploration and rapid development, and the main characteristics of each stage are explained. Based on the current experience of urban villages, as well as the ideological and technological development trends in the planning field, the paper will put forward construction suggestions for the future renewal practice of urban vil ages.
