置于写字楼的联合办公空间设计研究

Research on the Coworking Space Located in the Office Building

近年来,联合办公开始大量进驻高端写字楼,联合办公多样的功能空间与写字楼空间有限的自然采光、紧张的使用面积之间的矛盾愈加明显。基于国内对联合办公空间设计还处于起步阶段,文章从实际案例着手,通过实地调研及比较分析中发现的不足和成功的经验,提出对置于写字楼的联合办公空间进行设计时要遵循灵活性、生活化、经济性三个设计原则,同时提出平衡私密性和开放性、弹性设计两个设计策略,最后针对回字形写字楼平面,整理出联合办公各功能空间的位置关系建议。

In recent years, a large number of co-working offices have entered high-class office buildings. The contradiction between the complex and diverse functional space of coworking space and the limited natural lighting of office space and the tense use area is more and more obvious. Considering that the design of coworking space in China is still in the beginning stage, this paper starts from practical cases. Through field research and comparative analysis of the shortcomings and successful experience, proposed three design principles, they are flexibility, living and economy. At the same time, two design strategies of balancing privacy and openness and flexibility are proposed. In the end, sorting out the function space location relationship recommendations, which useful for the returning to shape office building plan.
