微更新策略下的乡村“废弃空间”整合研究--以冬瓜坪村为例

Study on the Integration of Rural "Abandoned Space" under the Micro Renewal Strategy--A Case Study of Dongguaping Village

乡村废弃空间的整理改造对于村落风貌保留、活力重塑、成本控制、用地整合等都有积极的意义。文章从废弃空间的梳理与整合、功能的置换、建造技艺的传承与突破等方面对乡村更新的微介入化进行探究,并以黔西南布依族苗族自治州楼纳冬瓜坪村为例加以说明,为未来乡村更新提供策略与方法。

The arrangement and transformation of rural abandoned space has positive significance for the village style preservation, vitality reconstruction, cost control, land integration and so on. This paper explores the micro introduction of rural renewal from the aspects of sorting and integration of abandoned space, replacement of functions, inheritance and breakthrough of construction techniques, and takes Dongguaping village of Southwestern Guizhou Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture as an example to illustrate, so as to provide strategies and methods for future rural renewal.
