探讨新农村建设中的村庄更新改造设计--以湖北省仙桃市沔城镇上关村为例

有"莲乡藕城"之誉的上关村虽然自然条件得天独厚,具有浓厚的文化底蕴,但是原有规划中并没有将上关村与优美的自然景观很好地融合,在新时代的发展号角下,已经不能满足新时代旅游产业的需要了。文章通过对上关村的更新改造设计,目的就是从空间结构上对上关村进行一次"手术",为上关村的发展按下"快进键",打造新农村建设中的"上关模式",塑造特色村庄的品牌。

With the reputation of "lotus township lotus root city", Shangguan village is endowed with unique advantages and rich cultural heritage, but the original plan does not integrate Shangguan village with the beautiful natural landscape. Under the horn of development in the new era, it can no longer meet the needs of the tourism industry in the new era. Through the renovation design of Shangguan village, the purpose of the paper is to perform an "operation" on Shangguan village from the spatial structure, and press the "fast-forward key" for the development of Shangguan village. We will create the "Shangguan mode" in the construction of new rural areas and build the brand of characteristic villages.
