城市存量优先背景下的办公建筑设计探讨--以兰州新区中小企业金融服务中心项目为例

Discussion on Office Building Design under the Background of Urban Stock Priority--Take the Lanzhou New Area SMEs Financial Service Center Project as an Example

我国城市更新进程促进产业转型升级和节约集约用地,城市发展目前已经进入存量更新时代。文章以笔者主创的兰州新区中小企业金融服务中心项目为例,从总体布局、功能结构、建筑形体和场地景观等方面进行论述,进而对城市存量优先背景下的办公建筑设计发展趋势展开探讨。

China’s urban renewal process promotes industrial transformation and upgrading and economical and intensive use of land. Urban development has now entered an era of stock renewal. Taking the Lanzhou new area SMEs financial service center project as an example, this paper discusses the overall layout, functional structure, architectural form and site landscape, and then discusses the development trend of office building design under the background of urban stock priority.
