夏热冬冷地区既有居住建筑屋面绿化改造设计与效益初探

摘要 在全球建筑能耗消耗巨大与城市绿化面积不足的背景下,国内外对屋顶绿化有了一定研究,但对既有居住建筑屋面绿化改造的探讨与实践较少。文章通过实地走访与问卷调研,发现长沙市既有居住建筑屋顶绿化现状存在顶层漏水、荷载超重、违规建筑较多等问题,进而以现有的屋顶绿化技术为基础,结合"低价高效"原则,对适宜夏热冬冷气候地区的既有居住建筑屋面绿化改造技术进行筛选研究与实践,分析屋顶绿化改造的效益,对同等气候条件下既有居住建筑屋顶绿化改造设计有较高的参考价值。 Under the background of huge global building energy consumption and insufficient urban greening area, there are some researches on roof greening at home and abroad, but there are few discussions and practices on roof greening reconstruction of existing residential buildings. Through field visit and questionnaire survey, this paper finds that Based on the existing roof greening technology and the principle of "low price and high efficiency", the roof greening technology of existing residential buildings suitable for the hot summer and cold winter climate is selected, studied and practiced according to the problems of top floor water leakage and overload existing in the current situation of roof greening of existing residential buildings in Changsha City. It has a good reference value that the roof greening renovation design of existing residential buildings under the same climate is carried out.
