浅论城乡规划中新型村庄建筑的改造路径

Discussion on the Transformation Path of New Village Buildings in Urban and Rural Planning

目前,我国正大力推进乡村地区的城镇化发展,积极实现城乡规划建设,为乡村发展注入新的动力。在我国近期开展的城乡规划进程中,有关新型村庄建筑的改造工作得到了广泛关注,因为它不仅是我国实现美丽乡村的基础性建设,而且还直接关系着我国农村居民生活质量的提升。文章将从我国城乡规划建设的探索开始入手,逐步分析我国村庄建筑的现状,并在此基础上提出几点对村庄建筑的改造路径,以促进我国城乡规划建设的顺利进行。

At present, China is vigorously promoting the development of urbanization in rural areas, actively realizing urban and rural planning and construction, and injecting new impetus into rural development. In the recent urban-rural planning process in China, the work on the reconstruction of new village buildings has received widespread attention, because it is not only the basic construction of the beautiful countryside in China, but also directly related to the improvement of the living conditions of rural residents. This article starts with the exploration of China’s urban and rural planning and construction, and gradually analyzes the current situation of village buildings in China. On this basis, proposes several ways to transform village buildings to promote the smooth progress of China’s urban and rural planning and construction sites.
