基于后评估理论的城乡新社区水乡风貌特色保持研究--以嘉兴市为例

Study on the Preservation of Water Village Features in Rural Communities Based on the Theory of Post-occupancy Evaluation--Take Jiaxing as an Example

自2000年以来,作为江南水乡代表性城市之一的嘉兴市,在城乡新社区建设方面取得了一定成就。嘉兴市在经历了从城乡新社区到美丽乡村再到特色小镇的发展后,其江南水乡的特色文化、景观和水乡风貌的保持越来越受到重视。由于集中的乡村居民点建设,水乡风貌渐失,使得千城一面和千村一面现象日益明显。因此,有必要对嘉兴农村社区的建成环境进行研究与探讨,文章通过使用后评估的角度,探讨适合水乡特色的社区建设策略,使其重塑江南水乡意象。

Since 2000, some new achievements have been made in the construction of new communities in rural areas in Jiaxing city, one of the representative cities in Jiangnan Water Village. Jiaxing has experienced the development of new communities from rural areas, beautiful villages to small towns. The characteristics of the village culture, landscape and water village features have been taken more and more attention. Nowadays, rural settlements are centralized, which makes the missing of water village features become increasingly obvious, so the phenomenon that thousands of cities and villages are getting similar has become increasingly evident. It is necessary to research and discussion the built environment of Jiaxing’s rural community and to find a suitable way for the local water village features to remodel Jiangnan water image from the perspective of POE.
