基于应激过程模型的房颤患者心理灵活性相关因素研究

Study on the related factors of psychological flexibility in patients with atrial fibrillation based on stress process model

目的调查房颤患者心理灵活性现状,基于应激过程模型探讨其主要影响因素。方法选取300例房颤患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、接纳与行动问卷第二版、领悟社会支持量表、特质应对方式问卷、情绪调节自我效能感量表进行调查。结果既往射频消融手术次数、合并症数量、领悟社会支持水平、情绪调节自我效能感、特质应对方式是心理灵活性的独立影响因素,共解释总变异的54.9%。结论房颤患者心理灵活性水平较低,临床医护人员应早期关注房颤患者心理健康,从应激作用过程的角度提供针对性的心理干预措施,以改善其疾病预后。

Objective To investigate the psychological flexibility of patients with atrial fibrillation and explore the main influencing factors based on stress process model. Methods Totally 300 patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as the research objects. The general data questionnaire, the second edition of the acceptance and action questionnaire, the perceived social support scale, the trait coping style questionnaire and the regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale were used to investigate. Results The number of previous radio frequency ablation operations, the number of complications, the level of perceived social support, the regulatory emotional self-efficacy and the trait coping style were independent influencing factors of psychological flexibility, accounting for 54.9% of the total variance. Conclusion The level of psychological flexibility of patients with atrial fibrillation is low, so clinical doctors and nurses should pay attention to the psychological health of patients with atrial fibrillation early, and provide targeted psychological intervention measures from the perspective of stress process, so as to improve the prognosis of patients.
