康妇凝胶联合妇乐片治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果

Effect of Kangfu gel combined with Fule tablet on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨康妇凝胶联合妇乐片治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选择本院2018年5月至2019年6月收诊的102例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,采用等距抽样法将患者分为观察组(康妇凝胶+妇乐片,51例)与对照组(妇乐片,51例)。比较两组治疗前、后的炎症因子、T细胞亚群水平、整体疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD8^+/CD3^+、CD4^+/CD3^+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CD4^+/CD8^+、CD8^+/CD3^+、CD4^+/CD3^+水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康妇凝胶联合妇乐片治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果显著,可提高患者的免疫能力与治疗安全性,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangfu gel combined with Fule tablet on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods One hundred and two patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group(Kangfu gel combined with Fule tablet,51 cases)and control group(Fule tablet,51 cases)by the equidistant sampling method.The levels of inflammatory factors and T cell subsets before and after treatment,overall efficacy and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CD4^+/CD8^+,CD8^+/CD3^+,CD4^+/CD3^+between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^+/CD8^+,CD8^+/CD3^+,CD4^+/CD3^+in the two groups all increased,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfu gel combined with Fule tablet is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve the immunity and treatment safety,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
