右美托咪定应用于高血压病患者腰硬联合麻醉中的镇静效果

Sedative effect of dexmedetomidine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for patients with hypertension

目的分析右美托咪定应用于高血压病患者腰硬联合麻醉中的镇静效果。方法选取我院拟行腰硬联合麻醉的高血压病患者70例为研究对象,将其随机分为右美托咪定组(n=35)和生理盐水组(n=35),比较两组的镇静效果。结果T2、T3、T4、T5时,右美托咪定组的OAA/S评分均显著低于T0、T1时(P<0.05);T2、T3、T4、T5时,右美托咪定组的OAA/S评分均显著低于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。T3、T4、T5时,右美托咪定组的RR、HR、DBP、SBP均低于同组T0、T1、T2时,且低于生理盐水组。T0、T1、T2、T3、T4、T5时,两组患者的SpO2比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论右美托咪定对行腰硬联合麻醉的高血压病患者的镇静效果较生理盐水好,且能够保持循环稳定。

Objective To analyze the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine in combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for patients with hypertension.Methods Seventy patients with hypertension undergoing combined spinal and epidural anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine group(n=35)and normal saline group(n=35).The sedative effects of the two groups were compared.Results At T2,T3,T4 and T5,the OAA/S scores of the dexmedetomidine group were significantly lower than those at T0 and T1(P<0.05);at T2,T3,T4 and T5,the OAA/S scores of the dexmedetomidine group were significantly lower than those in the normal saline group(P<0.05).At T3,T4 and T5,RR,HR,DBP and SBP of the dexmedetomidine group were lower than those at T0,T1 and T2,and lower than those of the normal saline group.At T0,T1,T2,T3,T4 and T5,there were no significant differences in the same group in SpO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has a better sedative effect on hypertensive patients undergoing combined spinal and epidural anesthesia than normal saline,and can stabilize the circulation.
