调神针刺法预防性治疗偏头痛患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tiaoshen acupuncture in the preventive treatment of migraine patients

目的探究调神针刺法预防性治疗偏头痛对患者的治疗效果、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疼痛发作频率、持续时间的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年7月我院收治的偏头痛患者90例,随机将其分成对照1组、对照2组和研究组,每组30例。对照1组进行调肝针刺法+盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对照2组进行安慰针刺法+盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组则进行调神针刺法+盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。比较三组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前及治疗后不同时间的VAS评分及治疗前、后的头痛症状发作频率和持续时间评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照1、2组,对照1组显著的明显高于对照2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束时、治疗后1、3个月,研究组的VAS评分低于对照1、2组,对照1组低于对照2组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组的头痛症状发作频率和持续时间评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,三组的头痛症状发作频率和持续时间评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照1、2组,对照1组低于对照2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调神针刺法+盐酸氟桂利嗪对偏头痛患者进行治疗能够有效缓解患者的痛疼症状,缩短头痛持续时间,减少发作频率,效果理想,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influences of Tiaoshen acupuncture in the preventive treatment of migraine on treatment effect,visual analog score(VAS),attack frequency and duration of pain of patients.Methods A total of 90 migraine patients admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with Tiaogan acupuncture+flunarizine hydrochloride,the control group 2 was treated with comfort acupuncture+flunarizine hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with Tiaoshen acupuncture+flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical treatment effect,VAS score before treatment and at different time after treatment,the scores of attack frequency and duration of headache symptoms before and after treatement were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and 2,and that in the control group 1 was significantly higher than the control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in VAS score among the three groups(P>0.05);at the end of treatment and1 and 3 months after treatment,VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 and2,and that in the control group 1 was significantly lower than the control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of attack frequency and duration of headache symptoms in the three groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of attack frequency and duration of headache symptoms in the three groups reduced significantly,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group 1 and 2,and those in the control group 1 were significantly lower than the control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen acupuncture+flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of migraine patients can effectively alleviate the pain symptoms,shorten the duration of headache symptoms,reduce the frequency of attacks,with ideal effect,which is worth popularizing.
