王晓燕运用“葛根续命煮散”治疗缺血性中风急性期的经验

缺血性中风主要是指脑部组织缺血、缺氧而出现相应的神经系统功能缺损,从而出现眩晕、头痛、吞咽困难、偏瘫等症状,甚则威胁生命。王晓燕教授临床运用"葛根续命煮散"论治中风(缺血性)急性期,从根本出发干预这些环节,从而使气血相通,阴阳顺接,取得了一定的疗效。

Ischemic stroke mainly refers to the brain tissue ischemia,hypoxia and the corresponding nervous system functional defects,resulting in vertigo,headache,dysphagia,hemiplegia and other symptoms,even life-threatening.Professor Wang xiaoyan’s clinical application of"Gegen Xuming Zhusan"in the treatment of acute stage of stroke(ischemia)intervened these links from the root,so that the Qi and blood could be connected,Yin and Yang could be connected,and a certain effect was achieved.
